On The Boards - Guest Bath Remodel

One of the residential projects that I am currently working on is a guest bathroom remodel. Client style in classic contemporary. Client has often visitors in her house, so few of the items on her wish list are:

• Enough storage for "transient" visitors
• good lighting
• 4 star hotel feel and comfort
• clean lines
• neutral color scheme.
• easy to clean and maintain

Below is my concept for the project, and if you scroll  all the way down you can see the existing condition of the bathroom, so even in smaller spaces big changes can happen (click on the images to enlarge)
