On The Boards: City Chic Man Cave

Full Condo Remodel for a professional young man in early thirties. This condominium was built in 60's and is in need of some major structural work. 
The remodel requires demoing living and dining room and kitchen, taking out 2 wall to allow better flow and more light.

We are replacing the existing carpeting and tile with wood flooring throughout the whole area. We are taking out existing kitchen cabinets and replacing them with a new cabinets. We are framing out existing red brick fireplace wall , painting over it and installing a new clean lined modern mantel. We are removing the entry closet and inserting a built-in that functions as dining seating, storage and bar. We are building some floating shelves and an island bar out of wood.
